RETURN POLICY
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or produced. If your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refund Delays or Omissions (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
